LITERARY OUTREACH
The Literary Outreach Program extends the teachings of Story Waters—focused on self-empowerment, personal freedom, and conscious transformation—to individuals who may have little access to such uplifting material.
Through this program, the Foundation will distribute Story’s books free of charge to underserved communities, including homeless shelters, correctional facilities, recovery programs, and low-income neighborhoods.
Through this effort the Foundation will ensure that Story’s messages of freedom and inner empowerment reach people wherever they are—especially those whose circumstances may have led them to feel powerless or unseen.
Beyond simply providing books, this initiative aims to open pathways to personal transformation.
Story believed that no matter a person’s external circumstances, freedom begins in the mind.
His writings invite readers to recognize the innate power of their own consciousness—the ability to choose perception, to cultivate inner peace, and to awaken a sense of limitless potential within.

The program’s broader impact is both practical and profound:
Expanding access to transformative literature among communities often excluded from mainstream wellness and personal-growth resources.
Encouraging self-reflection and healing for individuals navigating hardship, incarceration, or recovery.
Promoting literacy and emotional resilience through ongoing partnerships with educators, social service providers, and book-distribution nonprofits.
