TRANSFORMATIONAL
RETREATS
The Retreats Program invites seekers, writers, and creatives to step away from daily demands and immerse themselves in an environment designed for reflection, renewal, and conscious growth. Rooted in the teachings of Story Waters, each retreat offers a guided yet personal journey toward self-discovery and inner freedom.
Participants explore Story’s core themes—empowerment, authenticity, and the liberation of thought—through contemplative practice, group dialogue, and creative expression. Retreats are held in intimate, peaceful settings that encourage stillness, community, and connection with nature, allowing attendees to experience the transformative power of presence.
The retreat center itself will offer on-site lodging for three to six guests, providing a nurturing home base for participants during their stay. As the program grows, the Foundation plans to expand lodging options to include yurts, cabins, and designated spaces for guests who wish to bring their own tents, deepening the connection between personal transformation and the natural environment.
Accessible to individuals from all walks of life, the program will also include scholarship opportunities and partnerships with social service organizations to ensure that the experience of healing and awakening is available to everyone.
These retreats will create sacred spaces where participants can reconnect with their essence, rediscover their voice, and return to the world renewed—with a clearer sense of purpose and possibility.

Some of Story's most powerful teachings were shared in the retreat environment. He believed the combination of intention and reflection were they keys to any transformation.
